QUEZON CITY, Philippines – At a press conference held on February 1 in ELJ Building on Mother Ignacia Street, Star Cinema unveiled the three-year-in-the-making film titled ‘UnOfficially Yours’ of ABS-CBN’s two bankable stars
Angel Locsin and
John Lloyd Cruz.
Film director
Cathy Garcia-Molina, known to be a big name in making romantic comedy flicks says, “I’m excited about this movie because it’s my first time that I worked with Angel, plus the fact—it’s also the first time that Angel and John Lloyd to be in a film together.”
The film has many ‘firsts’. Aside from the two leading stars to be in the movie together, the daughters of Yayo Aguila and William Martinez—Patrizha, Dana and Dannielle are also part of this production playing siblings to John Lloyd’s character.
It is also the first time that the film outfit had delved into a ‘sensitive’ but relevant and prevalent issue in the Philippine society.
